With a strong emphasis on premium branding and high-quality content, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our audience. **The Role** As our chatbot specialist, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining automated mini-chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Setting up mini-chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs * Integrating with ManyChat, Chatfuel, or similar platforms * Crafting chat flows for: + Free webinar registrations + Filter questions for mentoring programs + Follow-up automation + DM keyword replies (e.g. "LOVE", "RETREAT", "PROGRAM") * Developing a friendly, feminine tone of voice with premium positioning **Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a seasoned chatbot expert with: * Proven experience in setting up chatbots for Facebook and Instagram * Fluency in English (Bulgarian is a bonus, but not required) * Experience working with female audiences, coaching, self-development, or premium brands is a plus * Ability to work independently with strategic input from our team **What We Offer** This project will start as a small initiative (1-2 flows) with the potential for long-term collaboration.
