As a key member of our CX Learning & Enablement team, the Senior Customer Experience Training Professional will play a vital role in developing and delivering customer technical training programs that support arenaflex's Building Automation solutions in North America. As a trusted partner, we provide actionable solutions and innovation through our Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainability Solutions, and Industrial Automation business segments – powered by our arenaflex Forge software. **Job Summary** As a Senior Customer Experience Training Professional, you will be responsible for delivering and developing customer technical training programs that support arenaflex's Building Automation solutions in North America. You will work closely with our CX Training Manager and global training team to develop and implement training roadmaps and learning paths. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality of training content remains relevant and aligned with customer needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in updating and developing new and existing curriculum to support arenaflex's Building Automation solutions in North America * Develop and deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom technical training for arenaflex customers, ensuring best-in-class delivery through customer satisfaction surveys * Ensure the quality of training content remains relevant and aligned with customer needs, acting upon customer feedback to drive improvements in training offerings * Utilize mobile technology to live stream classes for virtual training sessions * Document potential training equipment damage post-shipping to customer sites * Interface with customers on a daily basis via phone calls or text messaging to coordinate with students, including class times and course content, private training events, and answering technical support questions * Support Learning & Enablement new training development programs by acting as a subject matter expert validating content and course structures * Develop and deliver bespoke customer trainings either via virtual classroom or at customer premises * Identify learning development paths for students attending classes, encouraging uptake of further arenaflex training through awareness of Learning & Enablement offerings across arenaflex Building Technologies * Participate and contribute to team meetings and other company meetings across the arenaflex organization * Ensure the achievement of all individual and team targets and KPIs **Benefits of Working for arenaflex** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Performance-driven salary * Cutting-edge work and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields * Employer-subsidized Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance * Short-Term and Long-Term Disability * 401(k) match * Flexible Spending Accounts * Health Savings Accounts * EAP * Educational Assistance * Parental Leave * Paid Time Off (for vacation, personal business, sick time, and parental leave) * 12 Paid Holidays **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you must have: * Training program delivery experience * Experience with commercial fire products * Knowledge of at least one of the following arenaflex fire products: Notifier, Gamewell-FCI, Fiplex, Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Xtralis, Farenhyt We value: * Bachelor's degree or technical training program * NICET certification **Required Skills** * Learning Management System * Training Delivery * Training Management * Training Material Content **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our global team.
