Your key responsibilities will include: * Lead client onboarding calls and ensure seamless integration onto the Kyra platform * Develop tailored deployment strategies to meet each client's unique needs * Proactively address client challenges and prevent churn * Drive end-to-end account growth and identify upsell opportunities * Analyze campaign performance and uncover insights for future strategies * Act as a trusted advisor, showcasing the value of the platform to clients * Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams * Manage client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail **Requirements** To succeed as a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need: * Minimum 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agency * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Positive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging times * College degree or equivalent educational background * Proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Experience in the influencer marketing industry * Strong track record as a Client Success Manager **Our Commitment to You** At arenaflex, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
