Our client is actively seeking a visionary Senior Fintech Product Manager to spearhead the development and launch of innovative financial technology solutions. As a Senior Fintech Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap, define product strategy, and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional digital financial experiences. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and translating them into detailed product requirements and user stories. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration, ensuring that our products are competitive, compliant, and drive business growth. Experience with payments, lending, wealth management, or blockchain technologies is highly desirable. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize user engagement and business outcomes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role, as you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for key fintech initiatives. Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer discovery to identify new product opportunities. Translate business needs and customer insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Manage the prioritization of features and backlog for agile development teams. Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) and analyze product performance. Ensure product compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards. Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for the company's fintech products. Iterate on existing products based on user feedback and market dynamics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on financial technology (Fintech). Proven experience in launching and scaling successful digital products. Deep understanding of financial services, payments, lending, or other relevant fintech domains. Experience with agile development methodologies. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
