Job Description
Responsibilities: Maintaining tax fixed asset ledger including: Monthly analysis of fixed asset activity Processing activity into fixed asset software (Sage) Printing monthly fixed asset reports Maintaining tax basis fixed asset rollforward Assist with making tax payments electronically on different jurisdiction online portals and providing account coding to Accounts Payable Maintaining tax payment summary to keep track of all tax payments made Assist with annual Form 1099 preparation including: Quarterly review of vendor data with Accounts Payable Monitoring Global 1099 Outlook inbox Assisting with other ad-hoc income tax tasks on an as-needed basis including: Reviewing and organizing tax mail Organizing income tax documents within Sharepoint Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree plus 4 years of Tax and/or Accounting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Knowledge of PDI and Avalara helpful but not required. Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays. Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
