Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with professionalism and speed * Working the outbound call queue and making outbound calls or web verification * Accurately composing written information for loan histories of customers * Verifying, keying, and memoing insurance information * Processing insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on the internal tracking system * Reviewing insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements * Distributing and exchanging information with others * Meeting set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity * Mentoring fellow co-workers as requested by supervisor **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma/GED required * 1 year of related experience preferred * Data entry and keyboard knowledge required * Call Center experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and organization skills required * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
