Your primary duties will include: * Responding to customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, technical issues, and more * Representing clients with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy * Providing best-in-class customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills * Collaborating with clients to resolve issues and meet customer needs **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Must reside in an eligible U.S. state (see below for a list of available states) * Must be at least 18 years old * Must pass a background check (required by client) * Drug screening may be required for certain clients * Must have a quiet home office setup with: + A desktop or laptop that meets minimum specifications + Reliable high-speed internet + Ethernet connection (hardwired to your modem using a Cat 5, Cat 6, or Cat 7 Ethernet cable) + USB headset with microphone (no Bluetooth or wireless devices) **Training Details** Before servicing clients, you'll need to complete a mandatory training and certification program: * Duration: 4–6 weeks * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 to 6 hours per day * Session options: Morning or evening (chosen at the start and fixed for the entire training) * You must successfully complete training and certification before beginning paid service **Compensation Structure** * Pay rates vary by client (typically $10–$16/hour once certified) * You'll be paid only after certification and servicing for 30 days (referred to as a “month in the hole”) * Payments are issued on a bi-monthly schedule once servicing begins **Why is there a wait to be paid?** As independent contractors, you're paid after the client releases funds to us.
