Who We Are: We are a boutique data analytics team working on internal property valuation models for a few commercial real estate clients. The Task: We have drafted a sample property tax appeal evidence packet (around 40 pages, including Income Approach modeling and Equity Comps) for a commercial property located in Texas. Before we finalize our internal modeling format, we need a seasoned Texas Property Tax Consultant or a former CAD Appraiser to review this single draft packet. What we need from you: โReview the document and tell us what local nuances or specific CAD preferences we might be missing. โPoint out any amateur mistakes in our Income Approach or Cap Rate assumptions. โWould this format generally be acceptable in an ARB hearing? The Commitment: This is a micro-consulting task. We just need 1 to 2 hours of your time to review the PDF and either leave notes or jump on a quick 30-minute call with us to give your feedback. We are happy to pay your premium hourly rate ($100 - $200+/hr) for your honest, expert critique.
