This segment-focused role relies on team, solution, and value-based selling techniques, and your success will be defined by effectively growing revenue through managing your sales pipeline to quota attainment. **About the Opportunity** We're seeking an experienced Account Executive, Customer Sales, to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for creating and managing the opportunities pipeline with a focus on incremental revenue by upselling and cross-selling to provide solutions to customer's evolving needs and challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Meeting or exceeding individual and team revenue targets by developing qualified sales opportunities that result from up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base * Initiating a high level of outbound prospecting activities leveraging digital (email, video, etc.), being active on business-related social media, and responding to inbound sales leads and converting them to new business * Providing support to qualified prospects and customers, including follow-up, product information, and quotations * Coordinating, orchestrating, and aligning Dayforce resources, as warranted, to drive opportunities to closure, deliver sales wins, and close new business * Maintaining a solid working knowledge of arenaflex products and the benefits they provide * Utilizing modern selling and marketing techniques and tools to communicate effectively with customers to build relationships and develop and close sales opportunities * Effectively executing a territory plan and managing pipeline to maximize revenue * Entering forecasting and account/opportunity details in Salesforce; providing weekly updates, including but not limited to, dollar amounts, status, and decision makers and next steps in closing opportunities * Proposing, coordinating, and participating in marketing activities within the territory * Performing other duties as assigned **Skills and Experience We Value** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * 5+ years of sales experience * Knowledge of HCM software or high-tech products/services is preferred, with a high preference of knowledge of arenaflex * A proven track record of accomplished selling * Proven ability to develop new sales and drive the sales process across teams * Must have knowledge of solution selling and value-based selling techniques * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities and work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment * High energy, proven sales closer within a technology or software sales environment * Ability to engage with C-Suite, drive business discussions identifying company priorities/goals/strategies, and translate into the value arenaflex solutions can deliver to achieve business objectives * Aptitude, desire, and commitment to leverage technology and digital selling tools (social, video, automation, etc.) to drive digital sales motion * Proven ability to build pipeline (both self-gen activities and leveraging corporate marketing programs) to consistently over-achieve assigned quota * Ability to execute against the arenaflex Digital Sales Process while managing multiple concurrent opportunities with close attention to detail **What's in it for You** At arenaflex, we're fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
