Our SAS team is dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses on Amazon succeed by providing strategic advice, data-driven insights, and collaborative support. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 10-15 Sellers, driving sustainable revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: * Analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement * Developing and executing joint business plans with Sellers to achieve key business objectives * Conducting deep dive analysis on Seller issues and publishing recommendations and action plans * Managing and tracking metrics to measure success and quality of Sellers in your portfolio * Building and maintaining strong relationships with Sellers and Amazon colleagues * Collaborating with the SAS team to develop and improve our services and processes **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with Sellers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive growth and success on Amazon. You'll collaborate with a talented team of experts across the USA to develop and deliver our SAS Core program.
