To achieve this, we've assembled a team of exceptional engineers, actuaries, sales, and service professionals who share our passion for excellence. **The Role** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our customers, lenders, and independent agents. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to high volumes of calls and emails from insureds, lenders, and independent agents * Handling general servicing requests for active policies, such as billing inquiries, system navigation, requests for policy documents, and policy changes * Processing requests across multiple insurance carrier systems and maintaining updated records in our agency management system (Salesforce) * Managing clerical and administrative tasks related to policy servicing, as needed **Your Background** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Direct experience working in a customer-facing role with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Above-average technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly * A solution-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of problem-solving and resolving issues * Self-motivation and the ability to manage a large workload, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail **Licensing Requirements** While a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is not required to apply, you'll need to obtain one within 90 days of your start date. arenaflex will provide guidance and support to help you prepare for the P&C exam in your resident state (Kansas or Missouri). **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive salary of $65,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement * Equity in the company, reflecting our commitment to your long-term success * Three weeks of paid time off, plus six federal holidays * Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, and FSA * 401K plan with company matching * Free snacks and regular team lunches to foster a positive and collaborative work environment **Location and Schedule** Our office is located in the Kansas City metro area, with a convenient location in Overland Park/Leawood.
