Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative – Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making sales recommendations. You will work closely with our Dispatch team to coordinate equipment service requests and ensure prompt delivery. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering outstanding customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and making sales recommendations * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times * Receive requests from multiple sources (phone, fax, e-Commerce, in-person) and complete necessary processes for equipment services * Coordinate home equipment service requests with Dispatch for prompt delivery * Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed * Provide customers with product and service information * Maintain current knowledge on Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources for equipment * Verify medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for all insurance-assigned services * Follow policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance * Understand and strive to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service * Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may complement client needs, as applicable * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Qualifications** To perform as a Customer Service Call Center Representative successfully, an individual must be professional, proactive, and positive with internal and external customers and coworkers.
