They are seeking a Direct to Consumer Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist who will be responsible for reporting and analytics for the DTC sales channel, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting sales operations to enhance customer experience and conversion rates. Responsibilities Own reporting and analytics for the Direct‑to‑Consumer sales channel, including daily, weekly, and ad‑hoc performance reporting Monitor quote‑and‑buy flows, sales funnels, and conversion performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Salesforce, and internal dashboards Analyze transactional and behavioral data to support DTC sales strategy, retention efforts, and product enhancements Enhance and streamline reporting processes to ensure timely, accurate insights for sales, marketing, and leadership teams Support operational needs for Expat and Travel Medical DTC sales, including follow‑up on partially completed applications to improve conversion Provide operational support for Inside Sales and external call‑center partners Assist with remarketing and win‑back initiatives using first‑party data to increase repurchase rates Link lead activity, call data, communications, and sales outcomes to assess team performance and identify workflow improvement opportunities Conduct Quality Assurance reviews across Salesforce and call‑center systems to ensure data accuracy and process adherence Support website testing, QA efforts, and digital enhancements impacting the customer purchase journey Evaluate A/B test results and website performance to identify conversion optimization opportunities Conduct competitor analysis focused on outreach strategies, follow‑up practices, and digital customer journeys Skills You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales operations, analytics, marketing, e‑commerce, or a related field You have 1–3 years of experience supporting direct‑to‑consumer sales, analytics, or sales operations You're comfortable working with analytics platforms and CRM tools to analyze performance and trends You enjoy problem‑solving, building structure, and improving processes You manage multiple priorities effectively and work well independently and as part of a team This role requires obtaining a Health & Accident license within 90 days of hire (support provided) Experience with Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools Salesforce reporting or sales operations experience Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, or website performance analysis Familiarity with call‑center QA, lead evaluation, or performance auditing Background in health insurance, international benefits, or regulated consumer sales environments Benefits Competitive medical plans Telemedicine services Paid parental leave 24/7 employee assistance and wellness support Free international healthcare coverage Hybrid work model (office and/or remote) Work‑abroad arrangements available Generous PTO accrual with carry‑over options 9 paid holidays, plus one floating holiday and one volunteer day Tuition reimbursement Career development and learning opportunities 401(k) with generous company match Pet insurance options Identity theft and legal coverage Ongoing focus on well‑being, including virtual wellness resources and mindfulness events Company Overview GeoBlue is now Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions!
