You'll become an expert in Inbound Marketing and become the trusted marketing advisor to each of your customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Maintaining a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal * Driving upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage * Working as part of the team to develop strategies for scale and growth * Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is trilingual in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
