Your role will involve handling phone calls and responding to written inquiries to provide exceptional customer experiences. With your high level of service orientation, you'll contribute to our team's goal of delivering the best customer service in the industry. **Why arenaflex?** * This position is based in Munich, with the flexibility to work remotely or from home (within Germany). With prior agreement, you may also work from an EU country for a specified period. * arenaflex has immense growth potential, offering you the chance to develop quickly in a high-motivating startup environment with challenging projects and cross-functional teams. * We provide an annual training budget of €1,500 to help you improve your English skills or acquire new abilities. * If you'd like to drive your own arenaflex car, you'll be eligible for a discount. **Your Goals** * As a central point of contact, you'll support our private and business customers with all general inquiries and complex cases, from the subscription process to vehicle return. * You'll work closely with other teams to find the best solutions for our customers. * You'll actively contribute to improving our services and processes with your ideas. **Your Profile** * While prior customer service experience is beneficial, it's not essential. If you've worked in another field or are looking for a new challenge, you're welcome to apply. We'll provide the necessary training to help you succeed. * You're communicative, empathetic, and enjoy helping others. * You're proactive in addressing problems and finding solutions with determination. * You're curious, eager to learn new things, and open to understanding different issues and people. * Even in turbulent situations, you remain composed and find practical solutions. * You possess excellent German language skills on a native level in both spoken and written form.
