With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee well-being, we're dedicated to creating a workplace where talented individuals can thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Save Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Making outbound calls to former and current customers to re-sell their subscription services * Utilizing arenaflex's system to manage customer interactions and track sales performance * Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth * Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A strong and diverse skillset in sales, customer service, and communication * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology and software applications * A quiet and distraction-free workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection (15 download and 10 upload from speedtest.net) * A Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer (no Apple or Chromebooks) * A USB headset with mute capability * A webcam for team building and virtual meetings **Shift and Schedule** As a Remote Customer Save Sales Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and create a schedule that suits your needs.
