We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Endorser Tasks capability within the Data Analysis group, responsible for estimating supporter adjustments across the Disney Streaming portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in continuous supporter measuring for various business key drivers * Work closely with upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change informing (including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered) * Identify supporters impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations * Collaborate with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing to ensure integrity of supporter adjustments and that clients receive discounts when required * Manage admission and record information requirements connected with supporter informing drives (including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required) * Develop questions based on required business rationale, sometimes legally committing, to determine precise supporters of supporters for informing and remediation * Communicate business requirements to technical groups and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners * Develop a solid understanding of supporter adjustments and the technical framework that underlies supporter information * Manage project planning and timelines and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events * Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks * Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Designing to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline * 2+ years of logical experience * Proven ability to convey technical or logical ideas to a wide range of audiences * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages * Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills **Good to Have** * Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) * Postgraduate education * Knowledge of Wind current Apply Job! **Simple Application Process** Ready to join us?
