With a focus on phone-based customer service, we're seeking a Customer Service Agent who can handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking price quotes, booking reservations, or confirming reservation details * Utilizing our software to take down customer information and communicate with customers via WhatsApp * Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner * Communicating effectively with colleagues and management, including logging in and out of shifts, and reaching out to the next agent before your shift ends * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and software systems **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in using software and technology to communicate with customers and manage customer information * Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts (10pm-5am PST) * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Familiarity with software and technology used in customer service roles * Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive team culture * Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
