As a key member of our remote workforce, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, managing medical records, and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and demeanor making arrangements. Manage patient records, including documentation, data entry, and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information. Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address patient needs. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care. Requirements Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice permit to practice in the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) role. Or, in select states, an Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other healthcare-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice permit to practice in the job. At least two years of clinically relevant experience or the same. Complete the Speck certification test within 30 days of employment. Ability to speak and write in multiple languages, including but not limited to Spanish (dependent on market requirements). Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing mouth-to-mouth and working a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED). Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required. Preferred Qualifications Earlier student precepting experience with arenaflex or a similar organization (not required but highly valued).
