They are seeking a Remote Client Services Representative to handle client inquiries, validate account information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Research data regarding account and billing information to validate and confirm debts owed Handle and respond to daily client requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, fax and mail Produce reports as requested by clients by assisting in the creation of the reports Dependent upon position, demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new computer platform/systems Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws regulations Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement Make recommendations to implement improved processes Perform other duties as assigned by management Skills High School Diploma or GED certificate, or equivalent of relevant work experience desired Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office required Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required Must have professional and mature manner, have a 'can-do' attitude Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Ability to work with minimal supervision required Ability to work in a team fostered environment Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment Ability to prioritize and organize work Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach Ability to reach with hands and arms Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20lbs with or without accommodation Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without accommodation Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up) Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots) Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload Benefits Paid training Team-oriented work environment Growth opportunity Comprehensive benefits package available: including medical, dental and vision, 401k retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off and paid holidays!
