    Job Description:
  • Support the recruitment process within the organization
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for potential candidates
  • Collaborate with Sr Talent Acquisition Partner on job requirements
  • Maintain the Workday ATS System
  • Schedule interviews and assist in drafting offer letters
  • Provide timely feedback to applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience
    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
  • 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent
  • Experience with Workday ATS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean searching)
  • Proficient technology skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
