The Gun Club Sales Representative will seek out new gun clubs nationwide while working with the local sales team to maximize sales and exposure for TKG Brands. Responsibilities Achieve assigned revenue and profit objectives as established by leadership Develop and foster strong customer relationships to expand market share of TKG Brands Attend and staff major shooting competitions nationwide to interface with customers and consumers Continually monitor and analyze category and item performance and pivot as necessary to maximize sales, profits, and market share Brand awareness enhancements, uncovering sales opportunities, and merchandising opportunities at Elite Gun Clubs, Outfitter Programs and Lodges, and Indoor and Outdoor Ranges Forecast annual needs and be able to monitor delivery for those needs Manage programs to remain competitive within the market Develop and maintain an understanding of market and industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer strategies Skills Bachelor's degree in business or related; will consider experience in lieu of degree 1-3 years of Gun Club sales experience; or related sales experience Ability to effectively work with and connect with various internal customers Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects at one time Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Benefits Medical and dental Vision Disability and life insurance 401K PTO Tuition reimbursement Gear discounts Company Overview From muskets to modern day, generations of hunters and shooters have trusted iconic Remington Ammunition.
