The Junior nCino/Salesforce.com Administrator will support the execution of enterprise strategies related to nCino/Salesforce.com, working collaboratively with developers and stakeholders to enhance the platform's functionalities and improve service delivery. Responsibilities Support the Bank’s 'People First' focus and rules of engagement—maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB 'A Better Place to Be' Assist Subject Matter Experts on nCino/Salesforce.com and its uses within the banking industry Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes Support the design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to nCino custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, and complex dashboards as needed Maintain and enhance processes, features and functionality to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity with the assistance of the end users Assist with user provisioning and permission management and troubleshooting of issues and errors Perform system troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems and assist in testing solutions before deployment Skills Strong “People First” interest and ability Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations Ability to work on a nCino/Salesforce.com platform with an understanding of the technical capabilities in order to implement and optimize the nCino loan origination system Strong ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests and manage laterally, upwards, and downwards 1+ years of Salesforce administration experience or in a technical role, preferred business, or systems analyst with emphasis on system configuration and design Financial Services experience Experience with configuring for Lightning Experience Benefits World class health, vision, and dental benefits on day one 401k with employer match Hybrid work from home (depending on role) Employee appreciation events (team building, softball games, food truck days, etc..)
