Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Releventful is looking for a confident, customer-facing Product Specialist to own their demo and onboarding experience. This role involves guiding potential customers through the product and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to active customer, while also driving revenue through high-quality demos. Responsibilities Run 8–10 live product demos per week (45–60 minutes each) Clearly explain the platform and tailor demos to customer needs Answer product and pricing questions with confidence Guide qualified prospects to schedule a booking call Follow up with demo attendees via CRM and direct outreach Keep leads engaged and moving forward Ensure clean handoffs to the closing call Assist new customers with initial setup and onboarding Answer early-stage questions via chat and email Help ensure a smooth transition from sale to active customer Jump in where needed across demos, onboarding, and light customer support Provide feedback on demo flow, messaging, and customer experience Skills Strong communicator — clear, confident, and personable Comfortable leading live demos and customer conversations Organized and proactive with follow-up Able to think on your feet and adapt quickly High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes Experience in SaaS, CRM tools, or customer-facing roles Experience running demos, onboarding, or training sessions Familiarity with event, hospitality, or operations workflows Company Overview Releventful is an event management software that offers managerial services for different events.
