The ideal partner will possess strong business acumen and the ability to recruit, lead, and manage a team of resume writers and career coaches while ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role requires excellent time management, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of resume builders and career coaches
- Oversee the delivery of resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and career coaching services
