Earn up to $43/hour | Flexible Scheduling | 1:1 Patient Care Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care, including G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes Qualifications Active LPN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact Current CPR certification (online-only certifications not accepted) Minimum of two years of experience preferred Valid PPD skin test Physical Requirements of the Role Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and assist with patient mobility Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds or more Manual dexterity for clinical tasks Next Steps If you are seeking a role that offers flexibility, consistency, and the ability to provide meaningful, patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply.
