- Oversee implementation of departmental corrective action plans
- Provide/supervise technical consultation/support to staff and departments
- Manage development, implementation, and monitoring of Compliance and Risk Management activities
- Undertake investigations of regulatory and compliance inquiries
- Prepare reports and monitor remediation
- Develop and implement programs, policies, procedures and practices for compliance
- Act as SME for regulatory submissions and preparing for site visits
- Requirements:
- Manage programs and projects with significant complexity, risk and/or cost
- Perform thorough and detailed policy and impact analysis
- Facilitate cross-departmental meetings
- Ensure alignment with federal and state mandates
- Manage, document and maintain a coordinated regulatory compliance program
- Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Represent departments on regulatory and compliance related work groups and Committees
