  • *Minimum Requirements**

  • **Residency within 70 miles of El Paso, TX**: Reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX, in the state of Texas.
  • **Fluent ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English**: Be fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.
