As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or an exceptional one. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers
- Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Recognizing, applying, and explaining product or service knowledge
- Providing exceptional customer service with a caring and supportive nature
- *What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer experience
- High-speed internet connection (25mbps)
- A passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind
