As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting potential customers by answering questions about insurance products and helping them choose the right coverage
- Handling inbound inquiries only – no cold calling! You'll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning more about our policies
- Supporting applicants step-by-step through the enrollment process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Educating clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details
- Following up with potential customers to provide additional information and support
- Working closely with licensed agents to help finalize insurance plans
