To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
6 months or more of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
Computer experience, with a high-speed internet connection (25mbps)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
