- *Job Summary**
As a remote data entry specialist and research panelist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including data entry, online focus groups, product testing, and research trials. You'll be responsible for completing tasks and micro-tasks, working independently, and contributing to the success of our research initiatives. This is a part-time, flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from home, at your own pace, and on your own schedule.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Complete data entry tasks, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Participate in online research studies, including product testing, user experience testing, and market research
- Work independently, using your own computer, laptop, or mobile device
- Follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Participate in online training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- *Requirements**
- Education: Varies by study – all education levels accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus, as more opportunities are available)
- Able to focus and follow through
- Reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or mobile device
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized (but not mandatory)
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (but not mandatory)
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Ability to use a webcam and conduct studies using your smartphone
- *Pay and Benefits**
- Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
