As a remote work from home customer service representative in a contractor role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers through inbound phone calls, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

As a contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you, within the client's hours of operation. Your earnings will vary based on the client and your performance, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. You'll also have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

  • Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to work in a home-based environment with minimal distractions
  • *Contractual Relationship**

As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.

The expected salary for this role is $16 - 19 per hour.
