We're seeking an experienced Senior Remote Customer Service Representative to join our pet insurance sales team. As a Senior Representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents, providing solutions for their pet insurance needs, and building strong relationships with our clients.   • Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies
  • Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
  • Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
  • Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products
  • Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention
  • *Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills**
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proven attendance reliability
  • Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Current active resident property and casualty insurance license - General P&C, NOT Personal Lines
  • Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment

  • Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment
  • Insurance industry sales experience
  • Service industry and/or Contact Center experience

  • Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet
