We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries, and assist with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines.

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their accounts, including resolving inquiries and providing detailed explanations of account status
  • Ensuring all account information is accurately documented in client's system
  • Providing exceptional support to customers, including resolving issues and answering questions
  • Assisting customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines
  • Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties
  • Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time
  • Achieving Quality Assurance goals
  • Adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior call center experience is REQUIRED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed
  • Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers
  • Active listening to understand the customers' needs
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft applications
