- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Prior work experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve patient concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and ensure that all patient information is confidential and secure
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior work experience with arenaflex or a similar healthcare organization
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
