- *Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer care
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily goals and objectives
- *You're Good at:**
- Selling products to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Providing excellent customer care and resolving issues promptly
- Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Working at a quick pace while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
- Collaborating with a team to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Thinking creatively to solve problems and offer innovative solutions
- Providing suggestions and ideas to improve customer experiences and sales growth
- *Great if You Have:**
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for learning and growth
- A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- A willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- *Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
