- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Helping customers resolve technical issues and answer product/service-related questions
- Assisting with billing concerns and resolving customer complaints
- Delivering expert customer experiences that exceed customer expectations
- *Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
- Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
- Ability to utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day-to-day work
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Genuine compassion and empathy for customers
