- *Job Summary:**
As a Community Outreach / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our team in engagement, discovery, and solutions by engaging with community members and employing your problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service. You'll be the face of our company, building relationships with clients, and helping them find the perfect telecommunications solutions for their needs.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Initiate service education, customer acquisition, and sales process through direct contact with local community members
- Prepare for consumer interactions through entry-level training and independent research on the network-managed services and capabilities in our local region
- Clarify current needs and wants with customers and determine their telecommunication solutions based on client offerings and capacities
- Build and utilize relationships with client representatives to outsource customer inquiries that may need additional service information
- Connect with management and other Customer Service team members to review client expectations, sales metrics, customer service results, and production goals

- Genuinely interested in problem-solving, creative thinking, and helping/servicing others
- Feels comfortable asking questions to management or more senior members of the Customer Service or Sales teams during training and hands-on work
