  • *Job Summary**

As an Experienced Data Entry Technician – Administrative Support for Laboratory Operations, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, sample log-in, client communication, and office-related duties. You will work closely with our laboratory operations team to ensure the smooth flow of data entry, sample log-in, and client communication. This is a full-time position, working Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Data entry for all customer laboratory testing information
  • Daily sample log-in and interfacing with clients regarding sample receipt, final reports, and mail outs
  • Answering the phone and dispersing client calls to appropriate personnel
  • Be aware of processes, procedures, or techniques in accordance with the arenaflex Methods Manual, Quality Manual, Chemical Hygiene Plan, Safety Manual, and approved laboratory procedures as they relate to the administrative functions of the laboratory
  • Assist in the management of inventory and equipment maintenance
  • Work with lab management on administrative duties as requested
  • Assisting with managing priorities and schedule such that individual goals as well as team goals are achieved with encouraged participation in the arenaflex Team
  • Responsible for the safety of oneself and others working within their area
  • Responsible for the completion of required training
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Two years of experience in customer relations to include clerical duties and data entry
  • BS degree in business or related field
  • Applied business experience with multiple food-related companies
  • Laboratory and retail experience
  • Training in general laboratory practices
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to execute manual detailed tasks

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
