As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our collaborative call center. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a product and solutions expert, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and efficiently.

- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
