As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • *Minimum Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
