As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing legendary service to our customers, and becoming a product and solutions expert.

- *Position Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
