As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Helping customers resolve technical issues and answering product/service-related questions
  • Assisting with billing concerns and resolving customer complaints
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
  • Utilizing multiple systems on a PC to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • *Your Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
  • Ability to utilize multiple systems on a PC and pass technical assessments to demonstrate your skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
