As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through our 24/7 call center operations. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales growth
  • *Minimum Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
