- *Job Description**
As a Pharmaceutical Data Entry and Review Assistant, you'll be responsible for serving as a liaison to cross-functional teams while performing and coordinating data review and data management assignments. Your primary focus will be on data entry, data review, and data management, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. This is not a data analytics role, but rather a critical support position that ensures the integrity of our data and processes.
- *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Reviews and compiles data associated with process validation studies, product impact assessments, department reports, and technical evaluations
- Performs data review of scientific investigations
- Coordinates data entry/collection and review assignments
- Manages data entry process into electronic systems (Excel, PRIMR, databases)
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Identifies and resolves data discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences field (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacology)
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Knowledge and Power automate experience preferred
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Oracle Database preferred
- GMP experience preferred
- Experience in a role primarily involving data entry and review strongly preferred
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotechnology)
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with data management systems and electronic data capture (EDC) tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
