We're seeking an experienced Grocery Data Entry Associate to join our Product Team in New York City, NY. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless data flow across our systems. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, prices, and inventory levels
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Enter and update product data in our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track product performance and inventory levels
- Participate in process improvements and implement changes to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, product master data, or inventory systems
- Proficiency in ERP systems, including data entry and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience working in the grocery industry or a related field
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting software
