- Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all guests
- Proactively greet and engage with customers, offering personalized assistance and recommendations
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer satisfaction
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting and engaging shopping environment
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer questions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of energy
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse guests and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating a point-of-sale system

- Experience working in an outdoor or sporting goods retail environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
- Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests who speak diverse languages
