As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II (Tactical Uniform), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of awareness and vigilance to prevent and detect shoplifting and other forms of loss. You will work closely with our Loss Prevention team to identify and address potential security risks, while also ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of awareness and vigilance to prevent and detect shoplifting and other forms of loss
- Collaborate with the Loss Prevention team to identify and address potential security risks
- Conduct regular patrols of the store, observing customer behavior and monitoring for suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms and investigate incidents of shoplifting and other forms of loss
- Work closely with store management and Loss Prevention team members to develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect loss
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in loss prevention and customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and policies
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or loss prevention role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
