As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on their issues or concerns.
- Completing special projects as directed by management, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Utilizing various technologies, such as email and live chat, to engage with customers and provide support.
- Representing arenaflex in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner, embodying our company values and mission.
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, as well as web browsers such as Firefox and Chrome.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Fluency in French is a plus, but not required.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment.
- A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
